Cook invited to Tampa Bay Buccaneers camp

Yale LB Charles Cook has been invited to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers mini-camp.

He will head out to Florida for a three-day camp that begins on Thursday. Cook impressed scouts at the Yale Pro Day and also attended a workout with the Dallas Cowboys prior to the draft.

The 6-3, 220-pound Cook was a second-team All-Ivy pick last season for the Bulldogs. He started all 10 games and recorded 54 tackles.

Not a surprise that a team would invite Cook to a camp just finished watching a replay of the Army game and he pretty much shut down Army's Triple option on his own! What does surprise me is that he did not get more press while a bulldog. Something not right here. Good Luck to Cook. BOOLA BOOLA

Picture of Cook supports my opinion the uniform he is wearing is better than the new style with the exception I would dump the bulldog on the sleeve.

Looks like TB signed 4 of the rookie tryouts from the minicamp, and Cook wasn't one of them.
