RUNNING FOR A CAUSE
Yale assistant coach Kevin Cahill will be
running in the Boston Marathon for Dante Chiappetta and Team IMPACT in April.
The Bulldogs "drafted" the 6-year-old Chiappetta, who has cortical visual impairment and cerebral palsy this past season.

Yale lands DL James
It looks like Yale has landed another strong recruit in 6-2, 280-pound DL Daniel James.
James recently finished his senior season at McKinley High in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he earned all-division honors.
Rivals rates him as a two-star recruit. He had several Ivy offers along with others like South Alabama, McNeese State and Bryant.
Check out some
highlights of James.
“You know it’s an academic school when you go there,” James told the
New Orleans Advocate. “But when I got to campus there were flags about every football game. That was one of the first things I saw. I didn’t expect that, and I liked that.
“I liked the football players and the students. I got to sit in on classes while I was there and talk to students. They didn’t know who I was or that I was there about football. All of them said positive things and that meant a lot.”
James said this about his decision on Twitter…

Some quick notes…
The Bulldogs have a solid group of offensive linemen so far. Marcinik has great speed at WR. The addition of Hines is huge, especially with the loss of Deon Randall and Grant Wallace. Moore might be the most notable incoming freshman of this group so far.
Players return on Monday and will begin lifting, running and nutrition programs. A week later, they will begin 7-on-7s. Spring football begins the last week of March and finishes up with the annual Blue-White scrimmage on April 18.
