What's YOUR prediction?

Yale returns home to the Yale Bowl to host Columbia on Saturday at 12:30 p.m.. What's your predicted score for the game?

Portal 31 pick: Yale 20, Columbia 13

The Elis have an opportunity to retool themselves after more injuries, with the remaining available starters and a host of eager reserves on Saturday against Columbia. This game is also a chance for Morgan Roberts to find himself again before big games against Brown, Princeton, and Harvard. Yale football can right itself and move forward against the Lions, after last week's frustrating loss to Penn, only if the Elis can hold onto the ball, with the score of:

Yale 35, Columbia 13

If we lose this one it's probably a losing season. But we won't. Instead, in honor of our aged Bowl and the memory of some great nineteenth century squads, I see the score as Yale 101- Columbia 0.

I see a more ball controlled offense this week while our defense created havoc for the Lions. Yale 31 - Columbia 10. Welcome home Team 143 !!!

Given this Columbia team is coached by Al Bagnoli, the game will be closer than it should be as Yale will be out coached. However, better talent on Yale.

Yale 23
Columbia 6

Bulldogs (or what's left of them) come out angry, hungry. They rise up. Asses are kicked, names are taken.

Yale 41, Columbia 14.

Yale 59 - Columbia 7. Back to the good ole days where we start 3rd and 4th string players and we let senior scout team members run for touchdowns.

But more realistically, Yale 34 - Columbia 17. There may be a day when Columbia is competitive with the rest of the League, and that will be a happy day for all Ivy fans. But Yale usually rallies pretty well after a loss, and our talent level is much higher at this point.
