With about a month left till camp we are all looking forward to that part of the year coming where we can plug back into Yale Football!

I’ll be interested to see what those naysayers who will crawl out from under their rocks will have to say, they always provide for great entertainment.

Yet looking at the facts it seems like Reno’s plan is staking effect and working to benefit the turnaround of the program. The guys on the team seem to love being a part of what is going on and they are succeeding! He recruited his guys throughout his tenure and played them. All this has translated into is vast improvement in the past 3 years (2-8, to 5-5, to 8-2). He has had great recruiting classes that have led to this success as we have all seen, yet now it looks like he is beginning to build a stable of competitors, which is the formula for a culture of success.

Bringing in Bezney as a 3-star recruit from the 2014 class (and one [among others] who had impact last year) was a great movie in the right direction flagging higher scale talent.

I’m hoping we have some impact guys in this class that was just recruited (2015). James and Pegg are both 2-star guys yet there are a bunch more that look like they can have great impacts as well.

From the looks of this footage of the 2016 class there are some real players, especially early on in Rawlings, Strother, and Keeler. These guys look like they could pan out to be big time Ivy players. Garrett White also looks like he has some great skills that will translate. 6 weeks is going to be a long time to have to wait.

Can Chris or anyone else tell me what is the deal with insideyalefootball.com? Most of the info on the site has not been changed in 2 years with the exception of footage from the Yale Army game. There are still pics of Varga and Craberry up there and videos from when they were sophomores. It is a great site, but doesn't anyone think it should be updated?
