I'm here in San Luis Obispo, Calif., and will be heading to Yale's final walkthrough in soon. The weather is beautiful here: 80s and sunny.
After the team arrived on Thursday night, Peter Oppenheimer, father of Yale C John Oppenheimer and Apple CFO, along with his wife, hosted a team dinner for the Bulldogs.
Yale will face No. 19 Cal Poly on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:05 p.m. EST.
What's your prediction for Saturday's game? Comment below...
Cal Poly 35 Yale 28
ReplyDeleteNot quite enough this week
CPSLO by 20, give or take. But as long as the Blue come out of the game relatively unscathed, it's a win.
ReplyDeleteIt will come down to which team has the fewest turnovers. Yale 35 Cal Poly 31 in an upset.
ReplyDeleteYale - 28
ReplyDeleteCal Poly - 27
why not????
I tend to be very optimistic, but am trying to be more of a realist these days. Cal Poly 31, Yale 17... but it might be the Elis' only loss of the season. :-)
ReplyDeleteWell, okay... Fordham and Penn represent other possible losses. But Yale 2013 is a very different and dangerous team -- we really could go 7-3 or 8-2, and Harvard IS DEAD MEAT.
